Cap-screwing wheel distance adjusting handwheel can be used to adjust the distance according to the diameter of cap to be capped. Depending on the diameter of bottle and cap, the operator can also adjust the distance of bottle clamping rails and cap feeding chute.

Aluminum foil detection device automatically detects the aluminum foil inside the bottle cap, and automatically rejects the bottles without aluminum foil. (This aluminum foil detection device is not applied for metal cap, and this function can be cancelled when applying metal caps.).
